Sent from my iPhone. I still love the fact tha you can take icky, gooey old bananas that
look bound for the compost heap, add a little flour and eggs, and like
magic, banana bread appears. This morning, I actually remembered to
add the salt to the mix, let's see how this one tastes. Think it's a
combo of sweating 16 hours a day and the increase in running, but I'm
craving bananas like no ones business!
