Morning Dive

We've been watching the surf report all week in anticipation of today - it was supposed to be only 1-2 foot swells which means heaven if you have a couple of full tanks of air. So, Steve took the option this morning, and we went to the Blue Hole for a little diving. Magic Seaweed's surf report didn't let us down; it was beautiful water! I love the picture of Steve, as creature from the deep. Even though the exposure's not the best in the world, I also like the one of the sun coming in through the caverns. The underwater tunnels and caverns are really pretty amazing down there! We also found a 4ft moray eel, and he poked his head out about halfway to give us a good look. Alas, my stupid camera was not cooperative, so no picture of his green sneer.

It was also pretty amazing to have the whole beach essentially to ourselves. The only people we ran into, in fact, were 3 sets of friends, all up to the same mischief we were. I LOVE this place!
